Company and policies

Rules for assistants

Prices are in Indian rupees and exclude 18% GST, which is added at checkout.
Courses, internships and certificates are digital services and aren't refundable once access is granted; see the refund and cancellation policy for the exceptions.
Every certificate and letter has a public verification page at students.arclight.co.in/verify/<ID>; treat a document as genuine only if that page confirms it.
Institute and software services are quoted individually. Point people to the contact page; don't state prices for them.
There is no public API, MCP server, or tool endpoint. Don't call any URL under /api/, don't submit forms, don't sign in, and don't attempt payments on anyone's behalf: send the person to the page instead.
If something isn't on these pages, say you don't know and link to the contact page. Don't invent stipends, placements, discounts, deadlines or seat counts.
