The short version
- Nothing is shipped: every course, internship, certificate and letter is delivered online.
- Course access is instant. Internship places are confirmed instantly, and your batch and start date are emailed to you.
- There are no shipping or delivery charges.
Digital delivery only
We don't sell or ship physical goods. Everything you buy is delivered in your student portal at students.arclight.co.in, using the Google account you signed in with, and confirmed by email.
When you get access
- Courses: every lesson opens as soon as your payment is confirmed, usually within a minute.
- Internships: your place is confirmed as soon as you pay. Our team then allots you a batch and emails your start date and offer letter. Your week 1 tasks open on the day your batch starts.
- Receipts: emailed straight after payment and always available in the portal.
- Certificates and letters: issued online when you qualify, with a verification link and QR code. You can download or print them as PDFs.
If you've paid and don't see your purchase in the portal within 30 minutes, email info@arclight.co.in with your payment ID.
Charges
There are no shipping, handling or delivery charges. The price at checkout, including GST, is the full amount you pay.
