The short version
- All sales are final: we don't offer refunds or cancellations once your purchase is confirmed.
- If you were charged twice, or charged without getting access, we reverse the charge in full.
- If we can't run a programme you've paid for, you choose another batch or get your money back.
No refunds on digital services
Our courses, internships, certificates and letters are digital services. Access starts as soon as your payment is confirmed: course lessons open immediately, and your internship place is reserved and a batch allotted. Because of this, payments are non-refundable, and orders can't be cancelled after payment.
Please read the programme page, the plan details and these policies before you pay. If anything is unclear, ask us first: our contact details are below.
This applies whether or not you finish the course or internship, and whether or not you're issued a certificate.
When we do return money
- Duplicate payment: you were charged more than once for the same order.
- Failed order: money left your account, but the order wasn't confirmed and you didn't get access.
- We cancel: we can't run the programme you paid for and can't offer you a suitable batch. You can choose another batch or programme of equal value, or a full refund.
Email info@arclight.co.in with your registered email address and Razorpay payment ID or receipt number. We confirm within 3 working days, and refunds go back to the original payment method within 7 working days after that, depending on your bank.
Batch changes
Need to start later? Ask before your batch starts and we'll try to move you to a later batch of the same programme, if there's room. Once your batch has started, it can't be changed, and plans can't be paused.
Free courses and coupons
Free courses involve no payment, so there's nothing to refund. Discounts from coupon codes can't be exchanged for cash.
